Fast Entry Screens:

KSAP Rate Loader and Rate Maintenance Tool:

• The Rate Loader is an OTM Add-On application that helps maintaining OTM rates saving the user from entering or accessing any OTM screen.
• The add-on creates / updates the rate related information such as regions, x_lanes, rate offering, rate geo, etc. based on configurable rules for naming conventions.
• This allows the users to maintain rates in their preferred system or Excel Format and hide all the OTM specific structure and relationships

1-Click Order Tracking:

• This add-on provides the user with the ability to see complete order and track & trace information with just 1 click with customer required information at each layer (for order line items, shipments and shipments events) from the customized OTM finder results screens
• The track and trace information will display at the finder results page itself
• Customizable Results Screen where each user can pick which fields to view and what to call them and how to sort them on the fly and then save their settings for subsequent use

KSAP Batch RIQ Application:

• 2 Options:
• Batch Mode - FTP / Copy Rate Inquiry file in Excel format to a monitored folder and retrieve Output in Excel Format in a specified folder
• UI Screen - Ability to perform massive Rate Inquiry based on multiple criteria selection from a custom UI and providing Output in Excel Format

KSAP Rate Comparator:

• Uses the KSAP Batch RIQ Application to compare and verify rates between multiple environments and against the source of the Rate Information

KSAP User Preferences Tool:

• KSAP User Preferences Screen provides the ability to setup Users Preferences in terms of Data Selection like Specific Origin and Destination Regions / Locations and apply as additional filters by default to any OTM Finder Screen
• For e.g. if User Preferences set as Origin Region - ASIA and Destinatin Region - USA then Track Shipment that in a pariticular status will only find shipments that are going from ASIA to USA

KSAP Fast Mass Order / Shipment Refnum Update:

• Ability to provide a single view joining various objects like Orders, Shipments, and other customizable results from another JDBC data source and show them in a tabular fashion and allow mass updates to any of the Orders or Shipments Attributes

KSAP Order / Shipment Data Versioning:

• Ability to version specific key data elements of the Order or the Shipment and provide screen showing the reason for the update; who updated and who approved the update. For e.g. show how often the Ship Date changed, who changed it; why and who approved the changes

These add-ons are further customizable based on the customer requirement with very minimal extra time. Also these add-ons are easy maintainable during OTM upgrades.
